Belicia is a Division 2 – Double Early tulip. The colours of the multi-headed blooms of this unique variety start as creamy white edged with magenta pink but then change, as it matures, to cream edged with a deeper magenta. One for the connoisseur, it is good for beds, borders or in pots.
