Dahlia POT PLANTS - Collerette

Dahlia POT PLANTS - Collerette

The distinctive Collerette dahlia have flowerheads with a single outer row of sometimes overlapping generally flat ray-florets.  These florets surround an inner collar of shorter florets around the central disc.  Hence their name which originated in France where they were first produced in the 19th century.  Their flowers are usually 10 to 20 cm across and plants may grow to a height of 100 cm.

One variety ‘Clair de Lune’ has flowers around 5 to 10 cm across with delicate yellow outer petals and an inner ring of slightly paler yellow petals around a golden central disc.  It adds a light touch to borders and is good for cutting.  It has an ‘RHS Award of Garden Merit’ and is included, together with other varieties, in our collection.

To ensure that the highest quality is maintained during transit orders are dispatched in specialised packaging that contains three pots.  There is a minimum order of one box of three pots.  Larger quantities should be ordered in multiples of three, for example, 6, 9, 12, 15, etc. pot plants.  Customers may select any combination of dahlia varieties from the same, or different, categories.

Our Dahlia POT PLANTS are available from APRIL until JUNE
