Dahlia Ball

Showing all 16 results

Ball dahlias have fully double ball-shaped flowerheads with a slightly flattened top. Their ray-florets are involute for most of their length, spirally arranged and rounded or blunt at the tips. The first prototypes were produced in England in the early 19th century but later development has been international. Their beautiful, smooth, symmetrical shaped flowers range in size from miniatures at less than 10 cm across to small at 10 to 15 cm. They grow up to 120 cm in height with a spread of 60 cm.
