Ruskin Michelle is a Medium-sized Semi-cactus Dahlia. This relatively new cultivar, raised in the UK and introduced in 2006, has lovely peach pink well-formed blooms. It is a popular Exhibition variety that is stands well in the garden, is suitable for large pots and makes an attractive cut flower.
