Exotic Emperor is a Division 13 – Fosteriana tulip. This elegant large semi-double flowered variety has white petals tinged with green and a touch of yellow. Its flowers look good in bud, in bloom and when fully open. It is an excellent reliable multipurpose early variety that looks good in beds, borders and in pots and presents imaginative opportunities for cut flower arrangements.
